Phase 3 & 4 Wastewater Project Updates

Construction for the Phase 3 & 4 Wastewater Project is anticipated to impact the following areas for the week of October 27:

    

  

  • Mainline work will begin at Lift Station 4 (near the High School and laying main to Mount Silcox Dr.)
  • Sewer Service Crew will install the last service to the edge of the Street on Clay Street and continue installing service stub outs on Haley Avenue
  • **Weather Permitting** Pavement may be completed on Preston and Clay Street
  • Haley Avenue between Clay and Church Street
  • Work is scheduled to begin sewer installation at the Rim Rock starting Tuesday.


Please be careful around these areas and follow all traffic control signs and directions. Please watch for equipment and truck traffic for your safety. 

If possible, please use alternate routes to avoid delays. 

Construction will continue Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Phases 3 & 4

Funding Announcement

The City has worked to secure $390,000 in funding to help pay the SID assessments for low-to-moderate income individuals in the Phase 3 & 4 project. The grant funds are through the State of Montana Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This program provides direct grant assistance to qualifying low-to-moderate residents (residential properties only) that are landowners or renters. 

As the City works to develop the SID assessment for Phases 3 & 4, information on how to apply for the grant funds will be made available. At this time, the City wants to let residents know the funds are available. You will qualify for the program if your income is at or below the income table shown below.
