Phase 3 & 4 Wastewater Project Updates

Construction update for the week of 12.8.25

· Main focus of work will be at the Rimrock Lodge

o Working on 8” gravity main and the low pressure forcemains/grinder pump installs will be ongoing.

• A mainline crew will begin working up from the Haley/Golf intersection towards the City Pool.
  • Note that this will be a tight area on Monday and Tuesday as S&L works through this intersection.
  • Crews will gravel back and open the intersection as soon as feasible (see attached photo for intersection work reference)

· Manholes will be staged on edges of residential roads for the duration of this project, they should be placed off the road but inside the City’s right-of-way, please be aware of these.

• Cleanup and site work will continue down by Lift Station 4. (shown in light green on attached map)

*Note construction schedule is subject to change due to weather, unscheduled field conditions, etc. The weekly schedule is an estimated schedule.

Please be careful around these areas and follow all traffic control signs and directions. Please watch for equipment and truck traffic for your safety. If possible, please use alternate routes to avoid delays. 

Construction will continue Monday- Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and with potential cleanup Friday.
