Thompson Falls Downtown Master Plan
Why Plan?
A downtown master plan can be considered a business plan for Thompson Falls.
It identifies the City's strengths and weaknesses, putting in place actions that help businesses in downtown grow.
To be effective, the development of a downtown master plan is driven by the local community.
Economically, having a downtown master plan will help Thompson Falls be more competitive at attracting people and jobs.
The Thompson Falls Main Street organization created the below Marketing Plan.
Construction update for the week of 11.17.25
· Paving was completed a little over a week ago
- Gravel shouldering will continue to be completed on the edges of pavement this week (shown in black on the attached map)
• Sewer main/forcemain install on open Land & City property (near Highschool), and north of Golf St (out of roadway)
- (shown in green on attached map)
• Rimrock Lodge sewer main install will be ongoing
• Manholes will be staged on the edges of residential roads for the duration of this project. They should be placed off the road but inside the City’s right-of-way. Please be aware.
